Andrew C. Weiss is an associate at Sivin, Miller & Roche LLP, joining the firm in March of 2019. Mr. Weiss has a B.A. in Political Science from Indiana University and his J.D. from Hofstra University's School of Law.  During law school, he pursued his interest in advocacy and litigation by competing in both local and national trial competitions, as well as interning for Virginia Court of Appeals Judge Marla Graff Decker. He later graduated law school as one of the top trial advocates in his class, receiving both the New York State Trial Lawyers Association Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy and the Judge Edward Hart Memorial Scholarship for Excellence in Trial Advocacy.  He then became an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the New York City Law Department where he litigated over one-hundred police abuse cases, taking several to trial.
